Parent Portal Help

This area will provide with assistance to navigate the parent portal. Please look at the options to the left for anything you might need assistance with. Due to the sensitive nature of the information, we do not take email requests. Please call (516) 592-4390 so we can verify your identity and provide you with perosnalized assistance.

Important Note - Grading windows for the parent portal are controlled by the individual buildings. If you have an questions or concerns about grades not posting, please call the main office.

Accessing the Parent/Student Portal

The Infinite Campus Parent Portal can be accessed at: https://seafordny.infinitecampus.org/campus/seaford.jsp
or by using the quicklink on the homepage.

2. From there enter your username and password. 
Due to the sensitive nature of information that is involved when it involves children, we do not send out information like this via email. We will need to establish your identity over the phone. The Seaford School District has limited access to portal accounts. We are unable to provide you with the password you chose. However, we can reset your password. It must be at least 9 characters and contain at least one number and one letter. Please remember passwords are case sensitive. Please call (516) 592-4390 Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and we would be happy to assist you with whatever difficulties you are having about your account.
