Girls Soccer

Congratulations to the Middle School Softball Team on their win yesterday against Plainview!  The girls scored 2 runs in the first inning after Sammi Masie hit a double to get on base and then Rylie Betz crushed a homerun!  In the fourth inning, Madelyn Burgess started off the inning with a triple, then both Rylie Betz and Jessica Marazzo hit singles to knock in 2 more runs.  The girls tied up the game in the 6th inning after Madelyn Burgess hit a double, Juliet Roth hit a triple and Rylie Betz hit a single. At the top of the 7th inning, the game was tied, and Rylie Betz struck out the first three batters to end the top of the inning!  Then Seaford had the last licks, and was able to score the winning run of the game!  On the field, Rylie Betz struck out 15 batters in 6 innings!  The final score was 8-7 Seaford!  The softball team has their last game today against Salk!  Good luck!
