Attention all current 6th and 7th graders interested in playing on the Seaford Middle School boys soccer team in the fall. There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, June 7th, after school in Room 229. See Mr. Hansen in room 229 with any questions.

Congratulations to the Middle School Softball Team on their win yesterday against Plainview! The girls scored 2 runs in the first inning after Sammi Masie hit a double to get on base and then Rylie Betz crushed a homerun! In the fourth inning, Madelyn Burgess started off the inning with a triple, then both Rylie Betz and Jessica Marazzo hit singles to knock in 2 more runs. The girls tied up the game in the 6th inning after Madelyn Burgess hit a double, Juliet Roth hit a triple and Rylie Betz hit a single. At the top of the 7th inning, the game was tied, and Rylie Betz struck out the first three batters to end the top of the inning! Then Seaford had the last licks, and was able to score the winning run of the game! On the field, Rylie Betz struck out 15 batters in 6 innings! The final score was 8-7 Seaford! The softball team has their last game today against Salk! Good luck!
Track
Yesterday, the boys track team concluded their season against Plainedge Middle School. Although the Vikings didn't win, the team battled and competed with Seaford Pride. Congratulations to the following athletes who worked hard all year long:

The girls track team concluded their season yesterday against Plainview. Congratulations to the following athletes for scoring in their events:
In the hurdles, Molly Restivo took 1st.
In the 400, Jaelene Munoz took 2nd.
In the 100 meter run, Cadence Sheehan took 3rd.
In the 55 meter sprint, Jaelene Munoz took 1st and Serena D'Amato took 3rd.
In the 4x10 relay, Serena D'Amato, Jaelene Munoz, Georgina Deros and Abby Reder took 1st.
In the long jump, Abby Reder took 1st.
And sweeping the high jump, Colleen Ehrlich took 1st, Olivia Ferrara took 2nd and Cadence Sheehan took 3rd.
Great job to all the athletes this season!
