Seaford Boasts Pair of PTA Schools of Excellence
Seaford Harbor and Seaford Manor elementary schools have been recognized as 2022-2024 Schools of Excellence by National PTA. The honor is shared with the Harbor and Manor PTA chapters, and it is the first time that either school has received the distinction.

Community Commemorates 9/11 at Seaford High School Memorial
From end to end, the front lawn of Seaford High School was filled on the evening of Sept. 11 for the 22nd annual Memorial Candle Lighting Ceremony to honor the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The ceremony was hosted by the Seaford 9/11 Memorial Committee in partnership with the school district.

Smiles and Salutations on Seaford’s first day
The energy level was high as the new school year began in Seaford on Sept. 5, with more than 2,000 students and hundreds of staff members passing through the doors of the district’s four schools.
