Well-Earned Cheers for the Class of 2025
It was a trip to the past for Seaford High School’s soon-to-be graduates, as well as a preview of the future for elementary and middle school students on June 6. Clad in their green and white caps and gowns, seniors were lauded by their younger peers during the annual clap-out.
Seniors headed to their respective elementary schools, Harbor and Manor, where students lined the hallways to applaud and cheer. Many hugs and high-fives were shared with former teachers as seniors walked through their first school one last time.
Just like they did seven years ago, they came together at Seaford Middle School. Manor graduates walked the short distance between buildings and eagerly awaited the arrival of their Harbor peers on school buses. They then united for another trip down memory lane. “Pomp and Circumstance” played over the loudspeakers, as sixth, seventh and eighth graders came out of their classrooms to give the Class of 2025 another well-deserved round of applause.
After returning to the high school, the Class of 2025 enjoyed its senior picnic and yearbook signing.
