Seniors Clapped Out in Full Circle Moment

For Seaford High School’s Class of 2026, one of the last stops on their journey to graduation was actually their first stop. Seniors visited their former elementary schools, as well as the middle school, for the annual clap-out on June 9.

Buses departed the high school and arrived at Harbor and Manor elementary schools. Students stepped off in their green and white caps and gowns, and walked through their old halls as students and teachers applauded.

At the middle school, graduates of the two elementary schools came together, just as they did seven years ago. With music playing over the speakers, they again marched through hallways, which were lined with cheering sixth, seventh and eighth graders. Many seniors stopped to exchange hugs and high-fives with their former teachers.
