Manor Kindergartners Celebrate Published Works

Seaford Manor Elementary School kindergartners held a writing celebration to mark the completion of their drawing and labeling pieces. The students drew pictures to illustrate memorable moments in their young lives, and labeled the people and objects.

When their guests arrived, children then verbally told the story while pointing to the different elements of their drawings. Kindergartners learned how to add details, which is a skill they will use as they move on to more complex writing pieces.
