Release of Records
Student records and personally identifiable student information are confidential and may not be released or made available to anyone with the parent’s written consent. This includes communication with non-district personnel who may be working with the student outside of school. A consent for release of records/information form must be completed and signed by the parent prior to the release of information and records or communication regarding any student.
