Procedural Safeguards

The Procedural Safeguards Notice must be provided to parents of a student with a disability at a minimum of one time per year and also during an initial referral, if filing a due process complaint, decision to impose a disciplinary change in placement, or at the initiation of a state complaint. It can be found on our webpage for additional access at any time. To request a paper copy mailed home, please reach out to the Office of Pupil Personnel Services at 516-592-4360.
