• Mrs. Zeblisky's Grading Policy:
     
    [1] Lab/Classwork - (20% of overall grade) Assignment is due the next day; however, students are given two weeks to hand in work late without penalty so that students can meet with Mrs. Zeblisky during Self Help to have work checked or gone over for clarification before handing in for a grade. Once an assignment is handed in and graded it cannot be resubmitted with corrections for a higher grade. 
    [2] Homework - (20% of overall grade) Assignment is due the next day; however, students are given two weeks to hand in work late without penalty so that students can meet with Mrs. Zeblisky during Self Help to have work checked or gone over for clarification before handing in for a grade. Once an assignment is handed in and graded it cannot be resubmitted with corrections for a higher grade. 
    [3] Current Events - (20% of overall grade) Assignment is due the next day; however, students are given two weeks to hand in work late without penalty so that students can meet with Mrs. Zeblisky during Self Help to have work checked or gone over for clarification before handing in for a grade. Once an assignment is handed in and graded it cannot be resubmitted with corrections for a higher grade.  
    [4] Quizzes - (20% of overall grade) All quizzes are open notes and are unannounced. If a student is absent the day of the quiz, it is made up during the next class the student is in attendance. The lowest quiz grade is dropped each quarter. It is the student's responsibility to come to class prepared and with complete notes. Notes may not be shared during an open notes quiz. 
    [5] Exams - (20% of overall grade) All exams are closed notes. Students will be notified of an exam at least one week prior to the exam. It is the student's responsibility to use the time allotted to prepare for the exam and seek out help if needed.
