    Colorguard Audition Requirements
    Colorguard auditions take place in the spring time and any student that is presently
    in grades 8 through 11 can audition for the following year.  
    Pre-audition dates and times will be set up each year by the new leadership team.  

     

    THE FOLLOWING 3 ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL TO MAKE THE FINAL COLORGUARD CUT:

    • Must understand and be able to perform all “Basic Marching Fundamentals”

    •Know and be able to perform the following flag fundamentals:

    1. Drop Spins 7 ups

    2. Figure 8s

    3. Overhead 7 ups

    4. Butterflies

    5. Candycanes

    6. Mays

    7. Mechanics

    8. Angles

    9. Rowerrs

     

     

    •Be able to perform a given audition routine
