The natural bond with Math and Science has given our department multiple levels for learning. Through design, build and test activities, students model solutions to real world problems and develop an understanding of technology in the past, present, and future.

We offer much more than just knowledge about computers and their application; our programs engage learners in critical thinking as they design and develop products, systems, and environments to solve practical problems. Teachers empower students by asking them to apply what they have learned in other classes to solve practical real-world problems in the lab. This application of knowledge or transfer of learning is one of the core principles necessary for success in our society as well as the work world.

Technology Education is the bridge between academics and the real world.

    Regards.
