Welcome to the World Languages / ENL Department webpage. The goal of language study is to have all students develop cross-cultural skills and understandings so they can become global citizens. Our courses are aligned with the recently approved NYS Learning Standards for World Languages along with the National Standards presented by ACTFL. Students in level 3 French/Spanish are required to take a FLACS B Exam to achieve their Advanced Regents Diploma. To further enhance their language learning, we currently offer level 4 advanced classes and AP Spanish/AP French Language and Culture Courses to experience college level material.
